Mohamed Ibrahim Gani is a is freelance consultant and researcher who has written extensively on conflict, socio-economic needs, the judicial system, decentralisation, women’s rights, elections, civic education, youth, diaspora, institutional development and reconstruction in Somaliland since the mid-1990.
